What is the best time to visit for safari?
Kenya offers safari year-round. For the Great Migration in the Maasai Mara, July to October is especially rewarding. June to October and January to February also offer excellent wildlife viewing.
What should I pack?
Pack lightweight neutral clothing, a warm jacket for early morning drives, comfortable walking shoes, sunscreen, a hat, binoculars and a camera.
Are safaris suitable for families?
Yes. Experiences can be tailored to different ages, although some activities, such as walking safaris, may have minimum age requirements.
